By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License Grant
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial use only.
License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application
- Distribute or transfer the Application to third parties
- Use the Application for commercial purposes or in violation of applicable laws
All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
Apple Music Requirement
The Application requires an active Apple Music subscription. Your use of Apple Music is subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms. Apple Music fees are paid directly to Apple. The Service Provider is not responsible for Apple Music service issues or changes.
Service and Pricing
The Application is provided as a free service with no subscription fees or in-app purchases. The Service Provider may introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.
Your Data and Backup
Your music collections, review history, and settings are stored locally on your device and remain your property. You are responsible for backing up your data. The Service Provider is not liable for data loss due to device failure, app malfunction, or any other cause.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses:
- Firebase (Google) - Analytics and crash reporting
- Apple Music - Music services
You are subject to their respective terms. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected
- Compatibility with all iOS versions
The Service Provider is not responsible for Apple Music service issues, outages, or changes.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Data loss or inability to access the Application
- Apple Music or Firebase service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
